⚠️ Important: Please RSVP as soon as possible. Because the group size is limited to four people, we need an accurate headcount.

If you RSVP but do not attend, we may have to remove you from the group to keep spots available for others.

Agenda (≈ 1 hour)

👋 Welcome & Intent (5 min)

Quick introductions and a shared intention to keep the chat positive.

🗣️ Positive‑topic walk (50 min)

While walking, we’ll use simple prompts to spark uplifting conversation.

Example prompts:

- Gratitude moment – What’s one thing you’re grateful for this week?
- Inspiring story – Share a recent experience that lifted your spirits.
- Future hope – What are you looking forward to in the next month?
- Kindness ripple – Describe a small act of kindness you witnessed or performed.
- Nature appreciation – Which part of today’s scenery makes you smile?
Prompts will rotate every 8‑10 minutes so everyone gets a chance to share.

🪑 Reflection & Close (5 min)

Gather on a bench, each person shares one takeaway or positive affirmation, thank everyone, and announce the next walk.
