🌿 Hello everyone, I am introducing a TogetherBeing in the format of online meditation. We will skip small talks and dive into the process immediately.
Agenda:

  • Setup of an intention for a week
  • Special breathing techniques
  • Dive into meditation
  • Exchange with participants

The event is planned for an hour, possibly extended if we want to talk more.
