We begin each session with brief introductions and intention-setting: share what you're working on (or just listen in), then settle in for 30–45 minutes of focused creative time. Cameras on or off, mics muted or not—this is your space to engage in the way that feels right for you. Some folks dive deep into their work. Others chat a bit while they create. All of it is welcome.
