‼️Attendance Policy (Zero Tolerance for No-Shows)‼️
To ensure fairness and give all members an equal opportunity to attend events, we have implemented a zero-tolerance policy for no-shows.

• No-shows or failure to update your RSVP will result in removal from the group.
• Late cancellations or RSVP changes within 6 hours of the event start time will also be treated as a no-show, as they prevent other members from taking your spot.

We understand that emergencies can happen. If you must cancel within the 6-hour window due to an emergency, please contact the event host directly to avoid penalties.

Exception:
This policy does not apply to members on the waitlist who are automatically moved to “Attending” within 48 hours of the event due to another member canceling.
