Our weekly meet-up is designed to be fitness with mental training technologies added in.
We do a lot of running, cardio, brain gym to get into the hypnotic "ZONE" of influence and then break down into groups and do the advanced techniques of hypnosis, NLP and mental training.
Bring your running shoes, throw on your sweats and come to train with a group of minds that were and are professional athletes themselves and want to get you into peak performance.
If you want to just lose a few pounds and get back into shape, you can join as well.
