Boudoir Couloir / Horseshoe Mountain

Details
Horseshoe Mtn is an interesting formation between Fairplay and Leadville. At 13,898, the mountain has a @1000 foot 38* couloir. The couloir faces N/NE and will hopefully have good snow cover; the approach might be thin and rocky though (the snow is melting fast out there!).
We will meet just shy of the 4- Mile Creek TH at 0530AM. From there, it is about a 6 mile R/T. If the road is accessible, we can drive higher and cut off some distance.
The couloir has a max slope angle of about 38*. We will top off just short of the summit, walking the ridge to the top. Descent is either a ski / snowboard down the couloir or a walk to the ridge and glissade/ hike down back to the car.
I don't think we will need snowshoes but bring them if you want.
Essentials: Crampons, Ice Axe, Helmet, Sunglass/ goggles, food/ water. etc
We will meet here at 0530, and if the road is passable up higher, we can go from there.
