Remembrance Lunch in Honor of Shafiq - Nepal's Cafe in Estes Park

This lunch gathering follows a morning hike to Two Rivers Lake in RMNP. You are welcome to join for the hike, the lunch, or both. If you plan to attend both, please sign up for each event separately so we can plan appropriately.

Nepal’s Café is owned and operated by a family Shafiq cared for deeply. They are aware of his passing and have graciously invited us to gather there in community and remembrance. The food is wonderful, and they serve bottomless real chai. If you attend, please plan to purchase a meal to support the restaurant.

Meet at Nepal’s Café between 12:30–1:15 PM.

Because our arrival time depends on the hike, I will ask someone who is attending the lunch but not hiking to hold tables for the group. I will also attempt to arrange reservations.
