We are running again around Ersha Island this Wednesday. You are very welcome to join us! We'll be meeting outside the concert hall for a 6pm start. 😊

When: 星期三 6pm Wednesday
Where: 星海音乐厅，二沙岛 Xinghai Concert Hall, Ersha Island
What: Any pace, any distance welcome! We usually do between 5-7kms.

Come join us on Thursdays at 5:30pm at 珠江公园 Zhujiang park (South Gate) for a couple of loops! We run at conversational pace. There is a free bag drop at the south gate and you'll find us stretching there from 5:25pm. The pace is conversational and the vibes are rad.
