Photography Studio

Hey guys! I hope all is well.

So, I have talked to quite a few of you, and many have expressed a desire to open a studio space here in the Pearland area.

Due to some photography work I recently did with the Pearland Chamber of Commerce, I have a unique opportunity to get some space REALLY cheap. Even though it's "cheap", it's still not free, and will cost approximately $1400 a month, but is 6,000 SQFT! HUGE HUGE space!

I am personally willing to pay for 1/3rd of the cost of the studio myself, but am looking for people who are willing to put pen to paper, and commit to at least one year of a pledged amount.

I'm looking for 5 additional people willing to commit at least $250.00 a month to the rent and upkeep of the space.

For your investment, you will get a key to the space, and scheduled usage of the space.

The entire space is carpeted, and is broken up into four rooms of 1000SQFT each, and one room which is 2000SQFT. Two of the rooms will be furnished with regular home furnishings (bedroom w/bath & kitchen) to give that "home" look for boudoir, and food / cooking photography.

Two photographers will be assigned to each the smaller rooms (1000SQFT) and all photographers will have access to the 2000SQFT area which will be kept "free form" for whatever types of photography you want to do.

There is a bathroom that can be used for changing, and if necessary we could even build out a "changing room" if we desired.

I cannot reveal the space yet because the deal is still being penciled in, but suffice it to say that it's a FANTASTIC space with retail possibilities right in the heart of Pearland.

Obviously, I understand that IF you say you're "in" that your desire could change depending on many factors concerning the space, location, access, etc. I'm really just trying to put some feelers out there to get an idea of whether or not we could get enough "interested" people who would be willing to pony-up for a space.

I'm tired of TALKING about a space. Let's do it!
