Title: Self-reporting health checks for microservices

In complex integrations, it can be challenging to track down emergent behaviour. We will explore a comprehensive health check framework to enable reporting on microservice application health, aiding issue resolution and increasing deployment confidence. The examples are in dot net, but the principles can be applied to any application type.
