A winter highlight for many Peorians is the always anticipated Holiday Home Tour, sponsored by the Peoria Historical Society. This annual tradition offers the chance to stroll through a series of private homes that are rarely open to the public. The historic homes are chosen to reflect a diversity of different architectural and interior design styles, and each is beautifully decorated for the holidays.

Please join us on Saturday, December 2 from 5-9 pm and Sunday, December 3 from 1-5 pm to share in this very special yuletide activity.
With this year’s Holiday Home Tour, you can walk through one of the first homes on Moss Avenue built in the federal farmhouse style (1871) and a Flemish Renaissance showstopper on High Street … a charming Dutch Colonial in the Glen Oak/Flanagan District and a unique Water Street condominium … the newly refurbished Peoria Women's Club (1893) and, of course, the Pettengill-Morron and John C. Flanagan Houses, both decorated with special holiday themes.
Houses on the 2023 PHS Holiday Home Tour include:
Federal Farmhouse: 1802 W. Moss Avenue
Flemish Renaissance: 518 W. High Street
Downtown Condominium: 401 Water Street
Dutch Colonial: 1805 N. Prospect Road
Peoria Women’s Club: 301 N.E. Madison Avenue
Pettengill-Morron House: 1212 W. Moss Avenue
Flanagan House: 942 N.E. Glen Oak Avenue
