🍃 Guided meditation & gentle yoga stretches to ground us before sharing… (no mats, all can be done seated/standing, and is completely optional) 🤍

🍃 Open mic as always—bring your poetry, stories, or just good vibes…Let us know what self love means to you…With two rounds, the first being a round-the-room chance to read, the second after a break where y'all take the mic, love the mic, BE the mic. 🌼
