About the Group
This is a free, peer-led online support group for adults living with disabilities and mental health challenges. Our goal is to create a safe, respectful space where members can share experiences, reduce isolation, and connect with others who understand.
What to Expect
• Weekly online meetings on Zoom (60 minutes each, for 5 weeks)
• Small group size (6–10 participants) to keep it personal
• Themes include: coping strategies, stigma & advocacy, relationships, and self-care
• Guided by peers with lived experience (not therapy, not medical advice)
Who Can Join
• Adults 18+
• Living with disability and/or mental health challenges
• Not in immediate crisis
• Open to following group rules (confidentiality, respect, supportive communication)
Important Notes
• This is a peer-support group, not professional therapy.
