We need to talk - Pelvic Floor Conversations

We will have a serie of meetings to discuss a wonderful book I have read: "Why Mums Don't Jump" by Helen Ledwick.

In addition to her narrative, the fact it is personal (the woman who writes has prolapse) and that mentions the different pelvic floor dysfunctions (incontinence, pelvic pain...); what has captivated me the MOST: is that it has a look that goes beyond the subject. A sensitive, purposeful and political view that is based on evidence regarding what concerns the pelvic floor.

In this first meeting we will discuss the first chapter "My story", and we will know we are not alone!
