• Pelvic Floor Yoga for Everybody - April 19!

    Namaspa Yoga & Massage

    Connect with your core and pelvic floor in a welcoming, non-intimidating, all-level yoga class. We meet in the upstairs "Lite" studio at Namaspa for an hour-long yoga practice that combines pelvic floor awareness, strength, and relaxation. After yoga, you're welcome to stay for pelvic health-related Q&A. I have the studio reserved until 11 a.m. so that we can chat! ✨ All genders, and all ages, are welcome. 🙏 Bring a yoga mat and blocks if you have them.

    This is a recurring class offered once a month. Space is limited, and there are often people on the waitlist. If you plan to attend and your plans change, please revise your RSVP from "yes" to "no."

    Pelvic floor yoga is a donation-based class ($5-20 recommended), and no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
