This group is designed to guide participants through a thoughtful and reflective experience, beginning with a lecture and transitioning into a meditation session. The goal is to foster deeper understanding of joy and inner peace. Lecture will focus on self-awareness and being present which will benefit mental and well being. Meditation provides a space for relaxation, clear mind, calm, free from distractions, and gratitude .
Lastly, at the end group members will feel mor centered, calm and incorporate feeling of living your live as a heaven .
