The Nottingham Ink and Insight Writing Circle is a space for those of us who enjoy the process of writing but often find it hard to carve out the time or focus at home. We meet up to share a quiet hour of focused writing, followed by a chance to chat about our current projects, share ideas, or simply enjoy the company of other local writers. Whether you are working on a novel, dabbling in poetry, or just keeping a journal, this is a low-pressure environment to help you keep your momentum going.
This group is open to writers of all experience levels and genres. We aim to keep things relaxed and supportive, providing a regular anchor for your writing practice. You do not need to bring a finished piece or be looking for critique; just bring whatever you are currently working on and your preferred tools, whether that is a laptop or a notebook and pen. It is a great way to meet others in the local creative community and get some words down on the page in good company.
