About us
Pen Plus Paper is a writing group where we write by hand.
All kinds of writing are welcome: bring your prose or poetry, fiction or non. The only rule is to do it on paper. Writing by hand engages the brain more than typing; it improves memory and creativity, and it naturally creates time to slow down and think in a fast and thoughtless world. Take a break from phones, keyboards, and screens, and see what your mind will come up with!
At events, we'll talk about our projects, spend some time writing, and (optionally) share work out loud.
