Whether you have always wanted to learn to draw or just haven't picked up a pencil in years, this group is a place to get comfortable with the basics. We are a casual study group focused on the process of sketching rather than the perfection of the final result. The goal is to provide a supportive environment where we can practice foundational techniques, share what we are learning, and build a consistent creative habit together.
We meet regularly to work through simple exercises, talk about the challenges of drawing from observation, and encourage one another as we improve. There are no experts here, just a community of people interested in sketching who want to grow at their own pace. If you are looking for a low-pressure space to put pencil to paper and connect with others who are also starting out, we would love to have you join us.
