Something about our yoga teacher Aubrey . She fell in love with Vinyasa yoga in 2018. With a background in dance and an active lifestyle, she was drawn to the strength, grace, and mindfulness yoga offered.

In 2024, she completed her RYT 200 certification in Vinyasa Yoga and now shares classes that offer space to move intuitively, breathe deeply, and land exactly where you are. She welcomes all levels into an atmosphere of growth and community.

Outside the studio, Aubrey finds inspiration in nature through whitewater kayaking, backpacking, and spending time in the ocean. She brings this adventurous spirit and love for movement into every class she teaches.
