If you work, invest, or do any kind of real estate business in or around Philadelphia then this is an event not to miss!

At this event you will grab drinks and network with real estate agents, investors, private/hard money lenders, developers, gap lenders, wholesalers, lawyers, contractors and etc.

ATMOSPHERE:
The dress code is Business Casual.

TIME IS PRECIOUS:
Event is from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Please make an effort to come on time so everyone benefits but feel free to stay as long as you like.

DRINKS:
1 drink minimum, 2 drinks norm. Because the venue is turning away other business to allow us to host our event, all our networking events require a "1 drink minimum!"

21+ EVENT:
You must have ID to get in. If you have a coat or a bag you must check it with the venue as security is very strict.

ADMISSION:
This is a private event.
