Prioritizing People Analytics – A discussion on how to showcase the business case(s) for PA and compete for corporate resources.

Money and people are finite resources needed to execute your projects. They are allocated across the business to areas prioritized by the strategy and budget. In most companies, teams compete for resources within a functional level (HR), and often across functions with IT, Finance, Ops, Etc. In our discussion, we’ll cover three ways to build the proper business case and partner with the stakeholders who own a lion’s share of the resources.

Speaker Bio:
Dan George is a globally recognized People Analytics professional with experience guiding both Fortune 100 businesses and growing startups to better manage their workforce. Dan is the CEO of Piper Key, a consulting firm delivering workforce optimizations services to HR/Finance/IT teams, and adjunct professor at Vanderbilt University.
