Speaker #2
Jürgen Bitz | Siemens
_
Jürgen will tell us the importance of the journey from hand-crafted reporting to reporting self-services and how this is much more than just introducing some technology. It's a culture change for HR.
Sometimes the simple is the most effective: example of “headcount bridge analysis report” that changed the world for HR Business Partners, Controlling and Strategy. People Analytics is hip – but what exactly does the business need? And does HR know (and understand) what the business needs? Jürgen will discuss how a “workflow” does look like to enable effective People Analytics and how to scale it to masses. Technology leads the way: what is useful and what can be standardized will become part of off-the-shelf products. So PA also must have a look at what vendors can deliver already instead of inventing everything new everytime.
About Jürgen
Jürgen Bitz started with Siemens back in 2001 in internal strategy consulting (“Siemens Management Consulting”) and is Global Head of People Analytics. He's consulting projects, stumbled across simple workforce-related questions that proved to be hard to answer by HR.
Jürgen is leading a team of approx. 30 people that cover workforce reporting, employee surveys, people analytics, and reorganization management @Siemens in Munich.
