FREE NATIVE PLANTS!

CULTURAL PLANT KNOWLEDGE FROM CACHE LA POUDRE NATIONAL HERITAGE AREA’S

If donating please see below. All donated plants will be checked in.

  • Label plants with:
  • Latin & common name. Sun requirements (Sun, part shade, full shade)
  • Water requirements (low, occasional, regular)
  • Name of grower/gardener (if willing)
  • Bring reusable cups so we can recycle our planting pots for next year, and a small box or bag. Growing media provided.
  • Grow or donate plants free of herbicides, pesticides, and fungicides.
  • We do not accept noxious weed species listed by CO Dept. of Agriculture
  • You do not have to donate plants to adopt plants.
  • Dig-&-divide from your private garden 2 weeks before event

Native plants grown by Partners, volunteers, and community members. We operate off of donations & grants to provide supplies & growing costs.
