Welcome! We are a community of People & Culture leaders, HR professionals, and Founders who believe that taking Berlin to the top starts from the inside out.
We started this group inspired by the "Berlin auf 1" initiative. If we are going to make Berlin the #1 startup ecosystem in Europe, we need fundamentally strong, deeply connected teams. And the architects of those teams are our People & Culture leaders.
Let’s be honest: Being in P&C right now often feels like being a full-time event planner. Whether your team is fully remote, hybrid, or back in the office, building a genuine company culture has never been harder. We are constantly fighting screen fatigue, organizational silos, and the awkwardness of forced "random coffee" chats.
This group is a zero-fluff space to drop the corporate talk and share what is actually working.

About the Organizer:
I’m Yannick, a Berlin-based founder building Same (an Employee Connection Platform for Slack & Teams). I spend every day talking to HR leaders about how to put team culture on autopilot, and I created this group to bring those brilliant minds together in one room.

We are kicking off this community with a casual, zero-fluff morning coffee. No slide decks, no awkward forced networking, and no sponsors pitching you. Just real conversations with the people building the foundation of the "Berlin auf 1" movement.
