We meditate in a group following with each person using their own practice: mindfulness, Buddist meditation, Centering Prayer, etc. We begin by intentionally relaxing. The period of meditation lasts 20 minutes. We allow time for experiences to be shared, or not. Everyone is free to leave by 5:00 pm. New comers welcome!!! We have 12-15 persons meeting with us from 6 states via Zoom. You will be welcomed.
