In this workshop you will learn a useful way to think about feedback and a few simple but powerful tools that help make giving and receiving feedback less painful.

We will start by practing x-ray feedback that will help uncover the needs and beliefs that hide behind judgements.

Once we understand the underlying patterns we will practice pinpointing what we actually want in a given situation and consciously choosing the right way to achieve it.

During the workshop you will learn how to:
- honestly appreciate yourself and others,
- avoid getting triggered by negative feedback,
- confidently ask for what you want.
