Formerly the Atlanta Tech Meetup, we've decided to focus the group on a specic niche -- people skills for technology professionals. While there are many groups that focus on the broader tech community, we see many technology professionals seeking to develop stronger people skills to advance their careers and professional standing.
Every day, we experience challenges communicating with others. Those challenges can be minor irritations, or can become major incidents – angry disagreements, team tension, even project failure. People have different communication styles, needs and expectations. How do you make communications work for you?
This discussion will be led by Chuck Hall, a business coach with many years experience leading communications and teaching leadership development. We’ll explore communication and learn best practices to help us all do better in our personal and professional communications.
We'll also have time for networking. Light refreshments will be served.
This event will be hosted by Flock Safety.
Flock Safety located in suite 106 at 1170 Howell Mill Rd NW, Atlanta, GA 30318 (just above Ornsby's). Parking is complimentary for the first two hours.
Please do not attend if you are experiencing any Covid or flu like symptoms or have been exposed to Covid.
(Note: The discussion leader is an introvert, and all introverts are welcome!)
