1. ''Data-Driven Decision Making in Product Management''
In our fast-paced digital world, product managers need to make smart decisions to drive growth and enhance user experiences. But how do we ensure that our decisions are rooted in facts rather than assumptions? In this talk, we'll show how important data is, in shaping product strategy, prioritizing features, and optimising user experience – with real examples that made a difference. But relying on data isn't always easy. Issues like data silos, misinterpretation, information overload, and lacking skills or permissions to access relevant data can be real stumbling blocks. We'll discuss best practices to overcome these hurdles, foster a data-focused culture, and effectively share insights within the team. Whether you're a product manager, developer, or designer, you'll gain practical tips to harness the power of data in your daily work.
