Belonging Here: Support group for adults coping with immigration-related stress

Group facilitated by Affordable Counseling Interns, Kate Babetski and Saavitri Aggarwal
A 6-week, cost-free group for adults ages 25-40 that will be a safe, inclusive space to talk about:

• Self-care
• Relationships
• Coping skills
• and more...

Most importantly a space to make connection!
The group will run on Tuesday nights, via Zoom, from 7:15-9pm, for six weeks beginning October 7th.
Due to the sensitive nature of this topic, we will be doing a 15-minute screening call with all interested participants before sharing out the zoom link just to ensure group fit and safety for all attendees.
