Let’s hike at Matthiessen State Park! Home of some of the area’s most beautiful and tranquil trails, plus some nice rock formations with a cool breeze, let’s check out Matthiessen on a non-holiday weekend where it’s not too hot nor crowded!
The first 14 attendees will receive a FREE backpack…yes, that’s right - FREE with no strings attached.
The only caveat is you actually have to show up!
Bring some bottled water, trail mix, and dress appropriately for the weather. It may be muddy, so waterproof shoes are a good idea!
We will discuss a carpool meeting spot for those interested in traveling from Peoria together on our Discord server.
For those who would like to have a meal after, post in the “Comments” section below and we can go into town (Oglesby or Ottawa or other nearby places) for a nice dinner.
