Chicago Day Trip

Let's spend the day up in Chicago!

As requested by several members, let's head up to Chicago on Saturday, October 3rd and enjoy all that the Windy City has to offer.

In the past, we have done different things (such as the Science Museum, a Go-Kart Day, Shopping Trip, or try new restaurants such as Dim Sum). But variety is the spice of life, so let's leave this one open to the members to try new things and seek new adventures!

So feel free to post your thoughts when signing up. Let's meet at the Target East Peoria parking lot by Tequila's at 9:30am, giving us time to be there by noon. We can try a new restaurant, eat outside, or go to a mall - my personal favorites are the Chicago Premium Outlets, with over 160 stores, or the Fashion Outlets of Chicago, with over 130 stores.

I've also gotten various requests from checking out the Museum of Natural History, checking out Chinatown, grocery shopping (such as Whole Foods) or even a day at IKEA for home furniture.
