About us

This is a gentle writing group where we use simple practices like gratitude journaling to slow down, reflect, and create a sense of calm.

In each session, we begin with a short, simple meditation, followed by two gentle writing prompts — one for gratitude and one for personal reflection.

You’ll be invited to write a few short paragraphs in a simple, journal-style format. There’s no right or wrong way to write — just let your thoughts flow naturally.

Sharing is always optional — you’re welcome to simply write and keep it to yourself.

This kind of practice can be helpful in simple ways. It offers a chance to step away from daily noise and notice your thoughts and feelings a little more clearly, without needing to explain them to anyone.

Gratitude writing, in particular, is not about forcing positivity — it’s a gentle way to shift your attention toward small moments that are often overlooked. From a psychological perspective, this kind of practice can support a more balanced and grounded mindset over time.

It’s also a quiet way to be around others, without pressure to talk or share.

This is not a therapy group. It’s a calm, respectful space for writing and reflection.

Please bring a pen and something to write on.

No writing experience needed — just come as you are.
