This is a gentle, low-pressure space for writing and self-reflection.

We begin with a short meditation, followed by two simple writing prompts — one for gratitude and one for personal reflection. You’ll write a few lines in a journal-style format, at your own pace.

Sharing is always optional — you’re welcome to simply write and keep it to yourself.

This practice offers a chance to slow down and step away from daily noise. Writing can help you notice your thoughts more clearly, without needing to explain them to anyone.

Gratitude writing is not about forcing positivity — it’s a gentle way to notice small moments that are often overlooked. From a psychological perspective, this kind of practice can support a more balanced and grounded mindset over time.

This is not a therapy group — just a quiet, respectful space to reconnect with yourself.

Please bring a pen and something to write on.

No writing experience needed — just come as you are.
