This accessible class is perfect for all experience levels. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement.
Join us from 6:30-8:00 PM. We'll begin with a talk and guided practice, and conclude with tea and Q&A. No special equipment needed - just bring yourself and an open mind.
