Join us in November to continue our exploration of Right Speech, one of Buddhism's foundational teachings that offers practical wisdom for communicating with intention and clarity in our complex world.
Continuing with stories, guided exercises, and mindful dialogue, we'll discover how ancient principles can transform our daily conversations and relationships. We will practice with some concrete tools to cultivate more skillful, compassionate communication in all areas of your life.
Join us from 6:30-8:00 PM. We'll begin with tea and settle in, and start at 6:45 with a talk, guided practice, and conclude with Q&A. No special equipment needed - just bring yourself and an open mind.
