Join us in January to make a fresh start with a Mindfulness Meditation Practice to see our everyday activities with fresh eyes. Leave behind judgement, frustration, disappointment, and opt for an alternative where we cultivate curiosity, gratitude, and presence.

Join us from 6:30-7:30 PM. We'll begin with a warm welcome over tea, giving everyone a chance to settle in and connect, and then we'll move into our talk and guided practice. No special equipment needed - just bring yourself and an open mind.
