Asian Single Networking at Newport Coast Clubhouse!

We have both inside and outside venue to accommodate 80 guests.
This is co-hosted with Chinese Matchmaking Agency with 50 participants provided by them. (25 male / 25 female)

Event includes fancy dinner at clubhouse and opportunity to network with local Asian singles.

• Guest check-in and entry, receive a “Heartbeat” raffle ticket 🎟
• Welcome drinks area opens, free mingling to warm up the atmosphere

• Welcome remarks and overview of the evening’s agenda
• Short interactive icebreakers to help everyone ease in

💬 6:00 PM | Self-Introductions & Talent Showcase
• Each guest gives a 30-second to 1-minute introduction (name, interests, dating preferences)
• Talent showcase
• Icebreaker game: draw numbers for random pairing
• Host-led questions

🍷 7:00 PM | Free Networking · Food & Drinks
• No assigned seating—move freely and chat with different guests
• Enjoy curated snacks, fruit desserts, and open beverage stations
• If you feel shy, the organizers are happy to help spark conversations

💓 8:00 PM | Interactive Games · Heartfelt Choice
• Female guests line up in a row
• Male guests stand behind the woman they’re interested in
• Female guests may choose to turn around (or remain facing forward); turning around indicates interest and the option to hold hands

📸 9:00 PM | Free Networking
• Exchange contact details and continue the connections made tonight
• A professional photographer will be present throughout the event
• Privacy is respected—no face photos and optional blurring
