"I knew that if things were going to improve, I was the one responsible for making it happen." (James about his turning point, Introduction)

There is nothing to add.

There is always a possibility to improve, wether it is our health, finances, relationships, awareness, spirituality ... And it is always me who is responsible to open the door for the better version by making some changes in my mental or physical behaviour.

At the end of a year, it is time to get clear about goals for the next year. But afterwards, it is time to get clear about how to achieve them. Reading James Clears inspiring and encouraging insights will help you just do that.

Please read the mentioned section of the book in advance by yourself, so we can share our insights and our highlighted paragraphs - and how we apply what we learnt.
