About us
A free, friendly community for anyone who loves the Persian language, whether you're starting from zero, preparing for a Persian GCSE or A Level, or raising children you want to keep speaking Farsi.
We run two kinds of meetups:
🗣️ Persian Conversation Circle (adults & teens): relaxed speaking practice at every level, plus a short taste of Persian poetry, stories or calligraphy.
👨👩👧 Farsi Family Club (children & parents): stories, songs, games and drawing in Persian, so children hear and use the language with other families. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Hosted by Neek Azizi, a novelist, poet and Persian teacher with 22 years of experience writing Persian books and curriculum for learners, and a Principal Examiner for major international examination boards.
All meetups are free. Everyone is welcome: learners, heritage speakers, native speakers who want to help, and anyone curious about Iranian culture.
