Exploring Sensuality and Sexuality with The Wheel of Consent

Details
Hello everyone,
In this workshop we'll explore The Wheel of Consent - a tool for building intimacy, connection and security through the medium of touch.
The Wheel of Consent is a tool that explores the dynamics of giving and receiving within human interactions, particularly in the context of touch and boundaries. It helps individuals understand the different roles and experiences involved in our everyday exchanges and emphasizes the importance of clear communication and mutual consent.
The Wheel of Consent evolved from the three-minute game in which partners ask each other:
How would you like me to touch you for three minutes?
How would you like to touch me for three minutes?
When each person asks these questions, four different roles are established, and these roles are named: Serving, Taking, Accepting, Allowing. These roles make up the quadrants of the Wheel and are further organized by asking the following questions:
Who is the doer?
Who is it for?
In this workshop we'll discuss the four different roles and I will guide you in reflecting on your level of comfort or discomfort within them. This will help you; better understand yourself, help you to identify where you may need healing, and think of ways in which the framework could be used to improve the health and quality of your intimate relationships.
