Many of us give with open hearts — to patients, families, colleagues, and communities. We care deeply, often instinctively, and we do it well. Yet so often, that care comes at the quiet cost of our own wellbeing.

In this talk, Dr Raksha Balbadhur explores how inner care allows outer care to remain sustainable. When we pause, even briefly, to return to ourselves — to moments of inner stillness and reflection — something shifts. We move from giving out of depletion to serving from a place of fullness. From this space, care becomes lighter, more authentic, and more nourishing — for ourselves and for those we serve.
