Our lives are busy, full, and constantly moving — but often it’s our thinking that feels the most rushed. In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll explore how to gently slow the mind, reduce mental overload and create inner space, even when life itself doesn’t slow down.
About the speaker
Originally from Greece and now based at Global Cooperation House in London, Polina Temponera supports a wide range of activities including events, social media, teaching, and youth programmes. She holds an MSc in Speech Therapy and worked for several years in Greece, primarily with children with special needs and their families. Polina has been studying and practising Raja Yoga meditation for over 12 years, and loves the sense of continual learning—discovering, growing, and dancing with the changes and challenges that life brings.
