Hello everyone,

I’m looking for people interested in participating in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) sessions to help me complete my training at IFPEC (French Institute of Clinical Energy Psychology). Participation is on a donation basis. This is not a regular event, with a set date, but an open call for interested people.

EFT, also known as tapping, is a therapeutic method that combines spoken dialogue with the stimulation of acupressure points. This mind-body approach works directly on the nervous system to soothe emotions, release blockages, and address trauma—whether simple or complex. By integrating body and mind, EFT offers a comprehensive way to approach challenges in a respectful and compassionate environment, without requiring an analytical process.

The goal is to work together on a specific theme, defined together, over a period of 1.5 to 3 months, with 6 sessions per person (after which we can agree on a consultation fee if you wish to continue). Sessions can be conducted online, in either French or English, depending on your preference (- German with restrictions :)

I am also trained as a breathwork, meditation, and yoga instructor, and currently training in psychogenealogy. I have spent the past 10 years managing artists and cultural organizations. I offer therefore a holistic approach that goes beyond EFT, integrating complementary tools to support your personal journey.

In parallel, I’m launching my project, Soul Breath, a space dedicated to therapeutic support through a combination of diverse mind-body practices. More to come on the Soul Breath Meetup group as well very soon.
