About the event:
As spring approaches, what better time to sow seeds of intentions and watch them grow as days get longer and carry within them the promise of a new season ? 🌱

Let’s come together on Saturday 8th March for an experience sharing and thought-provoking discussion on the topic of intentions setting.

Your host will facilitate the discussion and suggest an exercise in which you will be encouraged to experiment for yourself while supporting others in the process thus reinforcing this new (or not so new) skill of yours. 😃

What’s in it for you?
Be it for your work life or your personal life, let's come together and through the power of collective intelligence, we'll explore what lies behind the phrase « the power of setting intentions ». With the support of others, you will be encouraged to start practicing and maybe even leave with a beautiful intention to support you for the rest of the weekend or the week to come (and maybe even more!!)

If the subject is new to you and you feel somehow called to find out more, why don’t you try and experiment setting intentions in the days to come? Alternatively you can try practicing an intention-centred meditation . (Feel free to contact me for suggestions) ✨
