Why Most Self-Help Advice Fails (And What Works Instead)

Details

If you are seeking personal growth and happiness, chances are, you have tried to figure it out.

You may have read self-help books.

You may have tried meditating.

You may have unplugged and traveled in search of peace.

But, even if it helps for a little while, nothing seems to stick.

After a point, it all starts feeling like the same old advice you're told will help you, but you can't quite crack the code of how to sustainably apply it to your life.

The truth is, in today's world, knowledge is cheap. Putting this knowledge into action, though? That's the missing piece for many of us.

After spending 12+ years in the self-help industry and earning a Master's degree in the science of happiness, I believe I have uncovered important lessons about what makes it hard to bridge the gap between intention and action. In this event, I will share those lessons with you.

You will leave this event with a better understanding of why you struggle to create sustainable, lasting changes in your life, and what you can do about it.

Hope to see you there!
