The session usually follows this structure:

18:30 - Arrival and welcome

18:45 - 20:00:
- Presentation by Natalie & Bianca on the key points of the book, the important lessons and how you can apply them to your life
- A short activity or reflection related to the book
- Discussion in small groups on the topics from the book
