If you want to learn about the science behind breathwork and, how to incorporate breathing techniques and mental training into a daily routine this group is for you.
You will learn how to breathe for emotional intelligence, balance your nervous system, use breath as a powerful tool for trauma relief, and access altered states of consciousness.
During the events, you will get a chance to improve your physical and mental well-being through conscious breathing techniques, somatic bodywork, and psychoeducation.
You will learn new tools needed to experience greater self-awareness, a clearer mind, and a deeper connection to your bodies.

And the body remembers it all.This is not just a breathwork session.
It’s an immersive somatic experience for anyone ready to reconnect with their body, move stored emotion, and build personal tools for long-term emotional resilience and body awareness.In this 2-hour session, you’ll be guided through a carefully designed sequence of:
- Transformational breathwork (trauma-informed, nervous system aware)
- Somatic practices to support emotional release and reconnection with the body
- Acupressure, sound, and movement to shift stuck energy
- Space to explore altered states of consciousness, inner clarity, and self-regulation
- Practices you can take home and use when life gets overwhelming
This session is ideal for those who:
✔ feel stuck, shut down, or disconnected from their body
✔ experience overwhelm, overthinking, or emotional fatigue
✔ want a space to release, breathe, and move through emotion
✔ are curious about somatic practices, nervous system work, or breath-based reconnection###
Workshop Themes:
Each session of The Somatic Reset explores a specific emotional theme through guided breathwork and somatic practices. These themes rotate and return over time—your process will always be guided by your breath, not by expectation.You don’t need to relate to the theme for it to work.
Your body knows where to take you.
You’ll receive what you need—whether or not your mind understands it.####
1. Releasing Grief, Sadness & Depression Stored in the Body
A journey into the emotional heart. We focus on softening the chest, restoring breath flow, and making space for what’s been held in for too long.2. Releasing Shame, Suppressed Anger & Armor of Chronic Tension
Shame and repressed anger often live in the gut, pelvis, and jaw—creating tightness, fatigue, or inner shutdown. This theme works with deep somatic release to soften the “armor” we’ve built for protection.3. Releasing Overwhelm, Freeze & Anxiety Stores in the Nervous System
When life feels too much, the body may freeze or spin out. This theme focuses on grounding, discharging stuck survival energy, and bringing the nervous system back into regulation.📍 Location: Mujo, Cascais
