This first MetroWest Heartbeat Salon will be an opportunity to both share what you're interested in and learn about others. We will be offering some ideas for future meetings, and also want to hear what interests and excites you.

Anne Lafleur, MSW, is a speaker, facilitator, and coach specializing in happiness and human connection. She worked in Human Resources at MIT for 12 years before leaving in 2014 to focus full-time on learning and teaching. Anne brings custom workshops to people's homes and workplaces, including "Emotions as a Path to Growth" and "Find your Joy; Find your Purpose."
