Welcome to Get Outside and Move! This group is perfect for fitness enthusiasts who are looking to connect with like-minded individuals while exploring the beautiful outdoors. If you are curious about personal training, or just want a moderate workout, this Meetup is a fun and interactive way to improve your physical fitness and overall well-being. Join us as we discover new trails, learn about the local flora and fauna, and enjoy the beauty of nature while getting in a moderate walk. All fitness levels are welcome – The walk will include light/moderate cardio, some basic stretching, and it will be a chance to discuss your fitness goals and see if personal training with Mike would be a good fit. Please dress in layers appropriate for the weather, and bring water and a small snack. The walk will last about 75 minutes.
